Boss Bashes Bush

NEW YORK (AP) - ... Bruce Springsteen offered harsh words for the Bush administration and its efforts to "sanitize" coverage of the war in Iraq. "The fact that the administration refused to allow photographs of the flag-draped coffins of returning dead, that the president hasn't shown up for a single military funeral for the young people who gave their lives for his policies, is disgraceful," Springsteen says.

Are you kidding, Bruce? When would he possibly have time to go to all of those funerals? He might have to sacrifice some time spent campaigning in the battleground states! We can't have that, now. If he doesn't get re-elected we'll be opening the door for more terrorist attacks.

I must say that I agree with the "Boss"

It is shameful that we don't see the returning caskets, that the President hasn't gone to one of the funerals, and that those who have served and been injured received no more thanks than a broken - abusive - bureocracy intent on protecting their own rice bowls (thats the VA for all you folks from Loma Linda).

But would things be any better, or the dead and disabled treated any better by Traitor Kerry or Dodger Clinton? I propose that they would both be camera hogs and only be looked upon as the scumbags they are.

Oh, thunderous God of History, look past the sludge and realize that there is such a thing as the lesser of two evils. And Kerry is that lesser evil.
Bush wants to send our military off to their deaths.
No question.
